Late Harvest Chenin Blanc
This wine greets you with a deep golden yellow colour. The aromas from the overripe grapes arectly purely of raisin grapes, dry figs, honey and dry fruits like almonds and nuts, On the plate, the sweetness is perfectly balanced with the acidity, resulting in a very pleasant and velvety taste.
Recommended with strong cheeses like Stiltan, Gorgonzala or other musty cheeses or with rich biscuits at tea time.
Ideally served at 14°-16°C.

RESERVE RANGE
Chardonnay Reserve
Barrel aged in French oak, the initial vanilla notes are intense, which are followed by the fruity notes of pineapple, melon, and citrus fruit. There is perfect harmony rendering the entire bouguet extremely rich and complex. The palate reveals the incredible structure of this wine, and the perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.
Recommended with poultry dishes, lobster or scallops, or even a light red meat dish.
Ideally served at 14°- 16° C.
RESERVE RANGE
Syrah Reserve
Barrel aged in French oak, the colour is brilliant ruby red with purple reflections. The fruity notes of raspberry and cherry are dominant, with a persistent woody character. The smoke character makes this wine complex,
Recommended with pastas, red mea, barbegue and spice food.
Ideally served at 16°- 18° C.
RESERVE RANGE
Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
Barrel aged in French oak, the bouguet of this wine is exceptionally intense. The fruity notes of cherry, raspberry and blueberry are enriched with the spicy notes of papper, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the plate, the structure is extremely fully. The body is velvety, harmonius and the complexity deserves a special mention.
Recommended with sauced meat, aged cheese, heavy soups, grilled steak and lamb chaps.
Ideally served at 18°- 20° C.

REGULAR RANGE
Chenin Blance
A fresh & floral bougut with hints of lemon and honey balanced with crisp acidity. The wine has a refreshing taste, making it ideal as an aperitif.
Recommended with starters, salads, pastas and shellfish or roasted chicken breast.
Ideally served at 10°- 12° C.
REGULAR RANGE
Syrah
A strong aroma of pepper, smoke and red berry fruits, which follow through on the palate, with notes of spice and flinstone. Soft complex tannins give this medium bodied wine a good finish.
Recommended with pastas, red meat, barbegue and spicy food.
Ideally served at 16°- 18° C.
REGULAR RANGE
Merlot
An intense ruby colored, medium bodied wine with mouth filling flavors of ripe plums, black cherries and cassis complimented with spicy characters. Soft tannins and balanced acidity provide a remarkable structure to this wine.
Recommended with grilled meats, mushroom dishes, heavy cheeses like Stilton.
Ideally served at 18˚ - 20˚C.

ITALIAN RANGE
Grillo
The wine greets you with a bouguet of citrus, lemon, orange and grapefruit. It is a medium bodied wine with crisp acidity and a long mineral after taste.
Recommended with seafood and light poultry dishes.
Ideally served at 12°- 14° C.

Nero D’Avola
A medium bodied red wine with strong fruity aromas of cherry accompanied with some spicy notes of pepper and cinnamon. It is a young wine with long finish

Sangiovese
An intense, ruby colored wine with aromas of raspberry, cherry and spice. The palate is soft and fruity with finely textured tannins and well balanced acidity giving the wine a rounded and lingering taste.
Recommended with Poultry, pasta, pizza, red meat and well-aged cheese.

PREMIUM RANGE
Chardonnay
Extremely intense and persistent, it is dominated by fruity characters. Very evident are the melon, pineapple, and lime notes accompanied with peach and apricots. The taste reveals the incredible structure of this wine.

Cabernet Sauvignon
An extremely powerful bouguet of aromas with notes of black fruit and green pepper. The tannins are sweet and smooth giving the wine a long & persistent finish. The wine has an appealing mouth feel and is nicely structured.
Recommended with sauced meat, aged cheese, heavy soups, grilled steak and lamb chops.
